Quoted and Blockquoted material as-well-as all media used within this blog that originates from other sources remains the sole intellectual property of the copyright owner. Gribbit's Word makes use of this material under the fair use provisions of Title XVII Chapter 1 Section 107 which states... "Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright. Gribbit's Word uses such material for the express purpose of political commentary under Title 17 Chapter 1 Section 107. Any use of said materials by third party sites is not authorized.
