Unraveling Arnold’s Reasons for Endorsing MexiCain

Perhaps it’s his exposure to a member of the Kennedy clan or perhaps it is that he has been steadily drifting to the left since winning his first term as governor of California, but why is Arnold supporting Juan MexiCain for President? I think that it has something to do with a position that MexiCain took in May of 2007.

According to On the Issues, Juan MexiCain supports, “Change rule barring immigrants from running for president.” It’s no secret that Arnold supporters have advocated this very thing since the Governator won his first term. Perhaps Arnold sees McCain as someone who can pave the path for a potential run himself. I sense a conspiracy.
