Obama Repudiates and Wright Resigns

I know I know, I’m late with this. But we all can’t be in front of the computer 24/7.

Barack Hussein Obama finally got around to issuing a definitive denunciation of his Pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright. After first sending out a statement from a surrogate, then giving Major Garrett from Fox News Channel some cock and bull story stating,

“None of these statements were ones I had heard myself personally in the pews.”

and

“Once I saw them I had to be very clear about the fact that these are not statements that I am comfortable with. I reject them completely they are not ones that reflect my values or my ideals.”

I’m sorry Senator, if you attend a church, one is logically to deduce that you agree with the teachings of that church. Wright was the “spiritual” leader of that church and you attended it for 20 years. Your children were baptized by the man, and it has taken you weeks to denounce the idiot, this all tells me that your statements are politically motivated including Friday afternoon’s doozy.

“Let me say at the outset that I vehemently disagree and strongly condemn the statements that have been the subject of this controversy. I categorically denounce any statement that disparages our great country or serves to divide us from our allies. I also believe that words that degrade individuals have no place in our public dialogue, whether it’s on the campaign stump or in the pulpit. In sum, I reject outright the statements by Rev. Wright that are at issue.”

Wright is a racist and a September 11th Conspiracy Theorist who used his position at the pulpit to politically proselytize his congregation. He is likely to be hung out to dry by the IRS and the FEC and your choice of a church will likely feel the ill effects of that as well.

The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was someone who had a dream of unity. One where blacks and whites could live as one. Conditions today are closer to that dream than ever. But there is that certain element on both sides of the issue that will never in their narrow minded thought processes ever accept this truth. Wright is one of these people.

He is a divider. He is a hater. And he hates America first. You Senator are a product of Wright’s teachings for the past 20 years and no amount rhetoric will you be able to muster will distance yourself enough from the moron’s words of hate.

Liberals say that Conservatives are full of hate. The truth is I find the opposite is true. Just look what leftist sites write about Conservative bloggers including myself. Hate is a tool for them and they use it well.

Democrats in Washington hate the Bush Administration. Democrats nation wide hate America. Liberals are ashamed of everything American but yet they want to run America as if under their control America suddenly becomes some sort of utopia.

The race baiters of this nation use hate. Like their white supremacist counterparts they are ignorant. People like Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Louis Farrakhan, and yes Jeremiah Wright are race baiters. To them it is the constant pounding of racism that rules their lives and without it to rant about, their lives would be insignificant.

Wright, Jackson, Sharpton, and Farrakhan never wore chains but will say “we” as if they had. They were never lynched, but will say “we” as if they had. They were never subjected to being forced to pay a poll tax but will say “we” as if they had. The list goes on and on and on.

Here is a fact that you all need to understand. There is no one alive in this country who lived as or who owned slaves. It is time that we put the divisive subject of slavery in our past where it belongs and remember that our daily intercourse with each other is governed by our own character or lack of it. Race plays such an inconsequential role in the lives of a vast majority of Americans and it is time those who can’t let it go to do so or be subject to public ridicule.

I live in a town where racially I’m probably a minority. Do I care? No. To be honest I don’t let it rule my life and the bulk of the people that I encounter on a daily basis are nice, law abiding people who just want to eek out a living in this cruel world. Beyond that, we don’t give a crap what color we are. And neither should Wright, Farrakhan, Sharpton, Jackson, David Duke, or any other race baiting moron in this country.

Wright Resigns from Obama Camapaign

From MSNoBodyCares,

Obama’s campaign announced that the minister, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., had left its spiritual advisory committee after videotapes of his sermons again ignited fierce debate in news accounts and political blogs.

Obama did not clarify whether Wright volunteered to leave his African American Religious Leadership Committee, a loose group of supporters associated with the campaign, or whether the campaign asked him to leave.

Team Hillary drops the ball

Also from MSNoBodyCares:

There was no formal reaction from the Clinton campaign, but Lanny Davis, a senior adviser, said he took Obama at his word.

“I give Senator Obama completely — completely — the benefit of the doubt that he has nothing to do with this bigotry that’s being spewed forth by this man,” Davis said on MSNBC’s “Tucker.” “For me, that’s all he has to say.

“I think we should stop this guilt-by-association thing, because some of our supporters say stupid things,” Davis said.

eated a firestorm among political observers and commentators.

“Mr. Obama obviously would not choose to belong to Mr. Wright’s church and seek his advice unless he agreed with at least some of his views,” Wall Street Journal columnist Ron Kessler, publisher of the conservative Web site NewsMax.com, wrote Friday.

Kathryn Jean Lopez, editor of the Web site of the conservative magazine National Review, wrote Friday that “now we know he’s contributed money to, voluntarily listened to, and publicly defended a cleric who peddles racial warfare.”

Others saw an attempt to “smear” Obama.

“How come righteous Republicans are rarely asked about the views of their spiritual advisers? Or why wasn’t George W. Bush (and the presidents preceding him) forced to distance himself from the anti-semitic comments of Billy Graham?” Ari Berman wrote Friday on the Web site of the liberal magazine The Nation, for which he is a contributing writer.

This fact is precisely why the right side of the sphere needs to keep up the pressure on Obama. If Hillary is unwilling to capitalize on an obvious character flaw and laps in judgement, then we must. Obama is making judgement a campaign point. His choice in pastors shows a lack of sound judgement. Is this the kind of person we want in charge of nuclear weapons? I say no.

Obama’s experience deficiencies and lack of sound judgement could combine and lead to an even larger loss of human life at the hands of radical Islamic Terrorists should he be elected President of the United States. It is my belief that if the moment of truth were to come during his term as President, that he would hesitate and get people killed. It is my belief that should it become necessary for the United States to use our nuclear arsenal that a President Obama would fail to do his duty because he lacks the judgement necessary to detach himself from his humanity in order to make the required decision to destroy our nation’s enemy (ies) at that moment of truth.

Lack of experience and sound judgement makes Obama’s empty shell rhetoric even more dangerous because the Politically Apathetic American Lemmings of this country are likely to nominate then elect that shell of a human being willing to follow his former pastor down into the abyss of hell. It is our duty on the Conservative side to forget our differences with our nominee and back him the nth degree in order to prevent an Obama Presidency. This is not the time for lessons. One was taught in 2006 and Republicans in Congress, at least the House anyway, have learned the lesson taught. No more earmarks. But this is a Presidential year with the liberal party in power it is not a time where we give them the 3 most powerful positions in the world.

Let us not forget as well, that a President John McCain has promised to veto pork spending packages and to appoint Conservative judges to the bench. He has promised to appoint John Roberts and Sam Alito type Justices to the Supreme Court which would shift the balance to the Conservative side and perhaps Roe v Wade would get revisited for a reversal as the plaintiff in the case has asked. A President Obama would allow the pork spending to flow like Mexicans over the border and appoint Ginsburg style judges and Justices. Is that what we truly want? Then we must not get into the habit of teaching lessons on game day.
