Why CNN Continues Its Downward Spiral

CNN is in a downward spiral that is seemingly endless. They continually get spanked in the cable news ratings by Fox News Channel in every time slot, but the real question is why?

Beyond the obvious liberal bias, CNN is teeming with talentless talking heads who have either been fired by other news agencies OR should have never been put in front of a camera to begin with. Then there is the continual stupidity in the logic of allowing second rate Hollyweird rejects air time.

Case in point, Kathy Griffin’s appearance on New Years Eve. [Video Warning - Not safe for work and not safe for children]

If you listened to the whole exchange especially after Cooper intro’d the break, you will hear the CNN crew in the background laughing at what Griffin was saying. THIS my friends is why CNN continues to fall short.

They embrace bad politics and bad humor. They give a soapbox to those who don’t deserve to have one. Kathy Griffin is one of THE most vile wastes of human flesh in this country and CNN continues to invite her. What does this say about their bias and their agenda? Next stop for CNN? Hiring a Chris “Mr. Tingly” Matthews and/or a Keith Olberdouce.

Their anchors are boring and biased. Their attempts at humor fall short. Employment of blue humor does not lend one the appearance of being serious about news. CNN like MSNobodyCares is in the tank and there is a reason why. Just spend one day taking a serious and honest look at their presentation and you will agree that they are no better than the National Enquirer.
