Why Does Gribbit Refer to Obama as Emperor Barry?

Some may wonder why I insist on calling Obama “Emperor Barry”. My answer is simple and it comes directly from Valerie Jarrett.

“… to take power and be ready to rule on day one.”

This quote was widely lampooned in the Conservative blogosphere and on talk radio. However a telling reality about the media was that they didn’t mention it.

First off, Presidents of the United States DO NOT RULE, they lead. They don’t even really govern as much as they administer. This is the reason for calling Obama “Emperor Barry”. Somewhere along the way he has gotten the notion that the Presidency is an autocratic position with limitless power and he answers to no one. After-all, he won.

The current mob of thugs in control in Washington don’t seem to know the difference between “ruling” and “leading” much less “governing” and “administrating”. The people govern through our elected representatives of which the President is NOT a part. His duty is to enforce the laws passed by the Congress. But not this President. He’s out there firing CEO’s of private sector corporations and appointing a Pay Czar to over see executive pay. He unilaterally declares which news agencies are legitimate and which are not based solely upon how those news agencies cover his power grab.

A staggering example of the Obama Infestation’s disconnect with reality comes from the Emperor himself. He actually referred to the Constitution as being “too restrictive.” He seemed to be more concerned that the Constitution defined what government cannot do as opposed to what it can do. This out of a man who marketed himself as a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Chicago[1]

I found this information to be rather telling about the Man with the Middle Name Hussein. Especially since he so erroneously marketed himself during the campaign as a former Professor of Constitutional Law.

Much has been made by various people on the right about a bill in the House of Representatives that would repeal the 22nd Amendment which would thereby clear the way for Obama to be repeatedly re-elected to consecutive terms for life. As frightening as this possibility may be, to repeal the 22nd Amendment it would have to pass both houses of Congress and be ratified by 3/4ths of the states. The chances of that happening is so remote it is beyond consideration.

But what if he could bypass the 22nd Amendment? Let’s just think about this for a moment.

The Infestation already has a history of not wanting to waste a crisis. Just today the Emperor signed a “proclamation” declaring a national health emergency over H1N1. What sort of emergency would it take for the Infestation to suspend the Constitution? What sort of emergency would the Emperor need to actually declare himself Emperor for the sake of the Republic? Is it possible that the Infestation could manufacture this mystery crisis? Flashes of Star Wars Episode III are coming to mind as I type this.

“But Gribbit, that is fiction,” says the inevitable DRONE trolling through the blog.

But is it? No matter how improbable, is it possible? Forget for a moment that he was a Senator who was then elected President. Next stop – (cue Imperial March). After-all, he doesn’t want you to realize this.

Barack Hussein Obama is on a power trip. He loves it. And he won’t want to relinquish it. He’s been seduced by the proverbial “Dark Side of the Force”. This is why I call him “Emperor Barry”.

And just for the record, I do not believe that Barry has a shot at being President for more than one term no matter if they repealed the 22nd or not. He is so completely destroying our economy, our currency, and our national identity that there is no way he could muster the votes for 1 re-election much less indefinite re-elections. Unless of course he finds away to suspend the government and take autocratic power. Then he really will be an Emperor. In which case, we would all be f—ed.
