The War is Over!!! Well – Maybe Not

His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Barry-O I made the official announcement earlier this evening that “combat operations in Iraq” are complete. One would get the idea from this announcement that he has belatedly made good on a campaign promise. However, upon further inspection, you see yet another level of deceit from the factually challenged president. Allow me to explain.

For the past month, the Obama compliant main stream media has been tripping over itself to indoctrinate the American people that the Emperor was finally making good on his Iraq War promise. Troops were shown to be leaving their bases in Iraq and shifted to bases in Kuwait. However, many combat troops actually remain in Iraq in spite of the media gushing and tonight’s announcement from the Charlatan-in-Chief. Rather than pulling ALL the combat troops out of Iraq, the Obama Infestation simply renamed them and redefined their mission.

What was formally known as a Combat Battalion is now being referred to as “Advice and Support Battalion”. Instead of it’s mission being to seek out hostile insurgent forces and improvised explosive devices, our troops will remain on their bases and wait for something to happen that the Iraqi Defense Forces cannot handle on their own – which is just about everything that could happen.

As the nation watches troops being withdrawn from the Middle East, few perhaps are aware that another wave of soldiers is being deployed.

On Tuesday, a group of about 150 soldiers from the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, based in Fort Hood, Texas, had a two-hour layover at Bangor International Airport on their way to southern Iraq.

In reality, the troops being “withdrawn from the Middle East” are troops who were late being cycled back to the US. Additional troops are being filtered into Iraq and Kuwait to serve in these new “Advice and Support Battalions”. Nothing’s changed but the mission and the names of the units. Tankers, Cannoneers, and Infantrymen are still being deployed to Iraq or to staging areas outside of Iraq. The idea that the “War” is over is a twisting of the truth.

What is more offensive and hypocritical of Obamaramadingdong is the fact that he takes credit for the accomplishments that our troops have made. As a Senator he opposed the troop surge which is the reason why the insurgency has been suppressed to the point where Obama can feel comfortable with scamming the American people. Additionally, as a Senator, Barry voted against funding troops in the field.

To add insult to injury, the Emperor mentioned former President George W. Bush in passing during his announcement. Saying that he spoke with the former President about this announcement earlier in the day and although he and the former President had differing views on the War in the beginning, blah… blah… blah…

Obama is an opportunity seeking flim-flam man. If he were a box of cereal (aptly named BarryO’s) he’d be an exciting colorful box that promises great taste, zero calories, zero grams of sugar, zero cholesterol, but when you open the box, there’s nothing inside. But then again, what do you expect from the empty suit that brought us undefined ‘hope’ and ‘change’?

Speaking of which, I believe that I’ve finally figured out that whole ‘hope’ and ‘change’ thing.

Like it or not, he’s going to fundamentally ‘change’ American and we are all going to have to ‘hope’ that our freedoms aren’t all completely taken from us in the process.

Blind ‘hope’ in undefined ‘change’. How’s it working out for you America?

• Deficit nearly quadrupled.
• National Debt approaching $14 Trillion with unfunded liabilities approaching $130 Trillion.
• Record numbers of Americans on food assistance.
• 1-in-6 Americans on some form of federal assistance.

Somehow, I don’t think this is what the voters were expecting.

As for August 31, 2010 being the date to end combat operations, truth be told President George W. Bush negotiated this event. Even though August 31, 2010 date wasn’t mentioned specifically in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), it has always been understood that events on the ground would determine the ultimate time-line of events. According to the agreement…

The U.S. has been involved in military operations in Iraq since March of 2003. The legal framework under which the U.S. has operated includes H.J.Res. 114 (P.L. 107-243), multiple U.N. Security Council Resolutions, as well as orders under the Coalition Provisional Authority. The U.N. Security Council extended the mandate for the multinational forces through December 31, 2008.

On November 26, 2007, U.S. President George W. Bush and Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Kamel Al-Maliki signed a Declaration of Principles for a Long-Term Relationship of Cooperation and Friendship Between the Republic of Iraq and the United States of America. Pursuant to this Declaration, the parties pledged to “begin as soon as possible, with the aim to achieve, before July 31, 2008, agreements between the two governments with respect to the political, cultural, economic, and security spheres.” Among other things, the Declaration proclaims the parties’ intention to enter an agreement that would commit the United States to provide security assurances to Iraq, arm and train Iraqi security forces, and confront Al Qaeda and other terrorist entities within Iraqi territory.

On November 17, 2008, after months of negotiations, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker and Iraq Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari signed two documents: (1) the Strategic Framework Agreement for a Relationship of Friendship and Cooperation between the United States and the Republic of Iraq, and (2) the Agreement Between the United States of America and Republic of Iraq On the Withdrawal of United States Forces from Iraq and the Organization of Their Activities during Their Temporary Presence in Iraq. The second agreement is commonly referred to as the SOFA between the United States and Iraq and is incorporated by reference into the larger strategic agreement.

Congress has several tools by which to exercise oversight regarding negotiation, form, conclusion, and implementation of agreements by the United States. The agreements with Iraq were negotiated and concluded as executive agreements and entered into force on January 1, 2009, and yet there remain many unanswered questions about the specific terms within the SOFA. This report begins by discussing the historical legal framework governing U.S. military operations in Iraq. The report then provides a general background as to the content of agreements traditionally considered Status of Forces Agreements (SOFAs). Finally, the report discusses specific aspects of the SOFA, highlighting issues that may require continued congressional oversight. [1] – emphasis mine

In reality, as long as US forces were withdrawn from the cities by June 30, 2009, and the mandated date for full withdrawal “no later than December 31, 2011[2]” hasn’t expired, anything short of full withdrawal is consistent with the US-Iraq Status of Forces Agreement which became binding 19 days prior to Obama assuming the Presidency.

To put it bluntly, Obama just rode in as the current Lib Infesting 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. N.W. to take credit for the withdrawal as if he had to actually do something to bring it about. It’s pretty easy to be seen as making the difficult decisions when they have already been made by more responsible and prudent individuals before you ever needed to take the matter under consideration isn’t it?

In conclusion, Iraq is still a potentially dangerous place and the United States is still under an obligation to provide security and training for Iraqi Defense Forces. There is a reason why U.S. troops haven’t left the region entirely, but rather withdrawn to another friendly host country in the region from which rapid deployment is possible.

As the Obama Infestation plays games with semantics in regards to our fighting men and women in Iraq, the Emperor has egg on his face in regards to Afghanistan. In the past 3 days 21 U.S. troops have lost their lives in Afghanistan. One has to wonder, if Obama would have given Gen. Stanley McCrystal the full number of troops he asked for, could these 21 deaths have been minimized or avoided?

GZM (Cordoba House) Faces New Obsticle; AP Loses Spine and Chooses Newspeak

Those behind the Ground Zero Mosque are being deceptive when they say that its purpose is to build understanding. The truth is they wish to project an aura of dominance over the Infidel Society that they refer to as “The Great Satan” – The United States.

The Ground Zero Mosque project, affectionately called “Cordoba House” by Jihadis in honor of the conquering of Cordoba Spain in the name of Allah. In 711 A.D., Cordoba Spain was conquered by an Islamic army and became the provincial capital of the Caliphate of Damascus. The Arabic name for Cordoba was قرطبة (Qurṭuba). In 716, Cordoba was elected to become the capital of an independent Emirate known as al-Andalus. Not long after, it became it’s own Caliphate.

I submit to you that any talk of “building understanding” is nice talk to worm their way into our society in order to lay a “framework” to conquer us from within. Jihadis no longer attack with armies. They stealthily infiltrate their opponents and conquer from within like cancer does to the human body. If we allow this mosque to be built in the name of our Constitution and in the name of religious freedom, they will use this mistaken tolerance against us and soon, there will be no religious freedom left. You will submit to Islam or you will die. That is the ONLY reason for calling this Jihadi Citadel “Cordoba House” and building it in the heart of our financial center. Allowing it to be built will complete the work of the 9/11 terrorists.

The planners are running into an obstacle they hadn’t counted on – workers.

A growing number of New York construction workers are vowing not to work on the mosque planned near Ground Zero.

The grass-roots movement is gaining momentum on the Internet. One construction worker created the “Hard Hat Pledge” on his blog and asked others to vow not to work on the project if it stays on Park Place.

It would be difficult to have a mosque that builders refuse to build.

However, the planners are getting aid from the Progressive State Controlled Media (to use a Rushism).

The Associated Press is encouraging news reporters, especially those who contribute to the AP, to refrain from using the term ‘Ground Zero Mosque’.

1. We should continue to avoid the phrase “ground zero mosque” or “mosque at ground zero” on all platforms. (We’ve very rarely used this wording, except in slugs, though we sometimes see other news sources using the term.) The site of the proposed Islamic center and mosque is not at ground zero, but two blocks away in a busy commercial area. We should continue to say it’s “near” ground zero, or two blocks away.

WE WILL CHANGE OUR SLUG ON THIS STORY LATER TODAY from “BC-Ground Zero Mosque” to “BC-NYC Mosque.”

In short headlines, some ways to refer to the project include:

_ mosque 2 blocks from WTC site
_ Muslim (or Islamic) center near WTC site

We can refer to the project as a mosque, or as a proposed Islamic center that includes a mosque.

It may be useful in some stories to note that Muslim prayer services have been held since 2009 in the building that the new project will replace. The proposal is to create a new, larger Islamic community center that would include a mosque, a swimming pool, gym, auditorium and other facilities.

You know, I think I’ve read about a society which changes their modes of speech and their memories of history based solely on political necessity. What was that… ? I can’t remember what… Oh yeah! It was George Orwell’s ’1984′!

To all of you who said that I’m barking up the wrong tree or I’m some sort of tin-foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist for comparing Obama to Orwell’s antagonist Big Brother perhaps you need to wake up and hear the suicide bombers. Obama wants to advance the Progressive agenda and the Progressive agenda is total control. However, what they do not realize is that by allowing Jihadis to build mosques of this type on US soil will short-circuit that agenda. For my part, I reject both as an option. Those entering our armed forces take an oath as does the President of the United States and all other members of our government. And although they each have wording that differs slightly from the others, the basic concept and basic pledge is exactly the same…

Nothing that this Infestation is doing is supporting, defending or bearing true faith and allegiance to the US Constitution. We should all fear what that “transformation” entails because I fear it won’t be anything resembling freedom.

Obama’s MSM Shill, Questioning His Muslim Heritage, and Journalistic Malpractice

Amid the fresh controversy created by the recent release of the results of two polls showing an increasing number of Americans believe Barack Hussein Obama is Muslim, a headline on The Drudge Report caught my eye. It involves some items printed in that bastion of legitimate news, The New York Times (all the news that is fit to wrap fish in; or line bird cages for that matter).

On May 12, 2008, the NYT asked the question – President Apostate? The Times actually had the audacity to ask the questions that needed to be asked, however, they failed to deliver an answer.

From the NYT:

One danger of such charisma, however, is that it can evoke unrealistic hopes of what a candidate could actually accomplish in office regardless of his own personal abilities. Case in point is the oft-made claim that an Obama presidency would be welcomed by the Muslim world.

This idea often goes hand in hand with the altogether more plausible argument that Mr. Obama’s election would raise America’s esteem in Africa — indeed, he already arouses much enthusiasm in his father’s native Kenya and to a degree elsewhere on the continent.

But it is a mistake to conflate his African identity with his Muslim heritage. Senator Obama is half African by birth and Africans can understandably identify with him. In Islam, however, there is no such thing as a half-Muslim. Like all monotheistic religions, Islam is an exclusive faith.

As the son of the Muslim father, Senator Obama was born a Muslim under Muslim law as it is universally understood. It makes no difference that, as Senator Obama has written, his father said he renounced his religion. The Times never went beyond this statement of reality. Instead they chose to point to his “chosen Christian faith”.

Since asking the question back in May 2008, the NYT and other “legitimate” news sources have conveniently avoided revisiting the question of Obama’s faith. However, in the dust-up created by the proposed Ground Zero Mosque (the so-called Cordoba House), questions of Obama’s faith has once again entered the American discussion.

A Pew Research poll revealed that 1-in-5 Americans believe Barack Hussein Obama to be a submissive of Muhammad’s delusional visions and rantings. A Time poll on the same subject revealed that 1-in-4 believe Obama is a Muslim. Given that Obama has hosted a Ramadan celebration at the White House, snubbed the Boy Scouts of America by not attending their prayer breakfast, and making statements supporting the planned Cordoba House, the American people are beginning to look more closely at the man with the middle name Hussein. But where is the press?

While we again wait for the main stream media to catch-up to the American people and ask the tough questions they should have asked prior to November 4, 2008, perhaps we should move on as if they will choose to continue to ignore their responsibilities in favor of being Mr. Obama’s dissemination of propaganda conduit. Although I think that is beginning to wear on the media as well. After-all, who can glean any information out of Robert Gibbs? The man stutters more than Mel Tillis.

As for the Emperor… What I can’t understand is the love affair that American academics have with the moron. I mean, who takes a teleprompter on vacation? Obama, that’s who. For someone who was to be a great departure from the poor rhetorical skills of George W. Bush he seems to be extremely dependent upon prepared remarks. Bush was best when he diverted from the prepared statements. Obama on the other hand can’t function without his teleprompter. Off-the-cuff Obama is a stammering idiot. No wonder he keeps Gibbs. Birds of a feather etc…

And what is with that smug Leninist posing? It’s like he has a need to show that he is superior to everyone else staring off into the distance in an attempt to show he’s a visionary. It’s called arrogance – a disease of the elite.

The American press has failed the American people. To get honest reporting about the Obama Infestation one has to read news sources in the UK. This fact alone should be proof positive of the journalistic malpractice being committed by the American dead trees and alphabets. Save FoxNews, America’s journalistic community is devoid of any integrity as they actively shill for the Progressive Utopian Emperor. And they aren’t even attempting to hide it anymore.

The White House addressed the latest questioning of Obama’s faith by having a Communications underling tell the White House Press Pool that Obama is Christian and he prays everyday. The fact that he prays everyday isn’t the concern of the people. What the people want to know is if he finds the need to orient his body towards Mecca when he does. “He prays everyday” what kind of fools do they think the people are? Muslims pray everyday as well – 5 times!

I don’t give a rat’s ass if he’s a Muslim unless he wants to be President. If he’s the President of the United States, in a time of war, against an enemy that is waging a war in the name of their religion, and that religion is the same one that the President is accused of being a member of, there are questions that need to be answered.

In 1960, many Protestant Americans worried that John F. Kennedy’s Catholic faith would be an impediment to his ability to govern. After-all, who would he be loyal to, the US Constitution which translates into the American people or the Pope. The same should be asked of Obama. Who is he loyal to? The Constitution – which he has a track record of downplaying as a contract of negative liberties – or is he a submissive to Islam? I fear the truth may be that he is a submissive follower of Islam. Especially when he refers to Muhammad’s horror novel as “the holy Qu’ran” and greets Muslims in perfect Arabic.

In 1960, the American press asked the questions and answers were given. John Kennedy WAS elected President and by all accounts his faith never played a direct roll in his governance. However in 2010, nearly 2 years into the Obama Infestation and the American people are still asking the same questions of Barack Hussein Obama. And like all the other questioning of Obama’s past, it gets avoided. Why is it so important for him to shield the American people from his past? Perhaps it is because he’s on a mission that he’s already explained to the American people at $20 a copy. His book “Dreams from My Father” outlines what his father dreamed of for Kenya. Perhaps Junior is following in his absent daddy’s footsteps and wishes to carry on his pappy’s dream in the United States. It’s called Communism.

At a time when the socialist societies of the world are beginning to downsize their governments, Barry O is expanding ours. Why? It fulfills the strategy of instituting socialism outlined by Columbia Professors Richard Cloward and Francis Fox Piven. The Cloward-Piven Strategy to Implement Socialist Revolution was written in 1966 at the height of civil unrest in the United States. Progressives and Socialists believed they could force revolution. The strategy was then and is now to overwhelm the system and cause it to collapse. It’s on its way thanks to Obama’s Keynesian economic policies.

But where is the press?

Obama, House and Senate Dems, and November 2nd

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs let the cat out of the bag last Sunday when he stated the obvious – much to Nancy Pelosi’s dismay – that Democrats might lose the House in November. Ya think?!?

Truth be told, it isn’t inconceivable that Republicans could pick up both the House and the Senate this November. If there is any justice in the world, they will. However, before we begin to prognosticate about how many seats in each house the GOP might pick up, let’s make sure we stay grounded.

“Never under-estimate the stupidity of people. Especially on election day.” – Kender MacGowan

As my best bud Kender says, we cannot underestimate the power the left has over voters. We cannot count on people’s unhappiness today to translate into opposition votes on election day. Especially, if Republicans screw up. In my poking around the net – something that I’ve stayed away from for far too long – I found an article written by Dr. Charles Krauthammer in which he warns Republicans not to underestimate Obama.

In his article he alludes to the idea that Obama’s agenda is a two-step plan to undo “Reaganism” replacing it with “Obamaism”.

Act One is over. The stimulus, Obamacare, financial reform have exhausted his first-term mandate. It will bear no more heavy lifting. And the Democrats will pay the price for ideological overreaching by losing one or both houses, whether de facto or de jure. The rest of the first term will be spent consolidating these gains (writing the regulations, for example) and preparing for Act Two.

The next burst of ideological energy — massive regulation of the energy economy, federalizing higher education and “comprehensive” immigration reform (i.e., amnesty) — will require a second mandate, meaning re-election in 2012.

What Dr. Krauthammer is saying makes sense when you factor in how Obama’s key legislation has been crafted. ObamaCare doesn’t take full effect until 2014. Why?

We may have underestimated this political novice. America has short-term memory loss when it comes to our Presidential election cycles. How else can you explain how Clinton served two terms? All the harmful legislation championed by Obama in the past 18 months has time to be forgotten over the next 2 1/2 years. If he sails into a second term and he can stymie a new Republican majority (worst case for him) enough to render it impotent like Bush did with the first two years of the Democrat majority, then it is possible to complete his final death plan for America.

Beginning the day after the 2012 election, if granted his wish Obama will begin his slam-dunk of capitalism followed by the end of Democracy as we know it. He is not only determined to go down in history as the first black President of the United States, I truly believe he would prefer to go down as the last democratically elected President. My evidence? Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals.

Alinsky states in his book that the end game is a Dictator led Communist society. As a student and teacher of Alinsky’s rules, Barry Obama knows this is the goal and sees himself as the completion of Alinsky’s dream.

I honestly believe everything has gone according to plan. What he hasn’t counted on to this point is the level of opposition within the electorate. This level of opposition MUST be maintained. Republicans – even if they prevail in large numbers this November – MUST, MUST, MUST keep Obama’s political short-comings in the minds of the electorate all the way up to the day they cast a vote for the next President. And I mean NEXT President because this guy can’t live in that house past 12 noon, January 20, 2013. NOT ONE MORE DAY.

Much to the dismay of House and Senate Dems, they did not know that many of them were expected to be handed their pink slips come November 2, 2010. People like Max Baucas and Lincoln Chafee were expected to be replaced by a Republican all along. They just didn’t know it.

What wasn’t planned was people like Barbara Boxer, Russ Feingold, and Harry Reid being in danger of losing their previously “secure” seats. But those seats ARE in danger. Reid’s ability to keep that seat is further in doubt by the hour but he keeps on championing that hard-left agenda.

There is an additional danger when the left loses Congress in November. in the month and a half left in the current Congress, the Democrats who lose in November will have no incentive to oppose Obama’s “lame duck strategy”. Pass all the most harmful legislation before going home on their full pensions. Cap and Tax, Amnesty, Card Check, and more kickback pork to labor unions.

Bottom line…

If Obama sees his chances of obtaining that second term slimmer in November than he does today, he’ll go for the prize before the current Congress exits. And barring a 2/3rds majority in both Houses, there isn’t thing 1 Republicans can do about it without shutting down the government – WHICH – may become necessary to break the President. But at what cost politically?

Finally, some predictions…

• Robert Gibbs, David Axelrod, Rham Emanuel, and possibly Robert Gates will be gone before the end of the year. Gibbs probably before the midterms.
• Hillary Clinton dumps her job by the end of 2011 and challenges Obama for the Democrat Nomination for President in 2012. If she does, she wins it. Why end of 2011? She’ll wait to see how badly Obama’s popularity tanks (and it will) due to the “lame duck strategy” and poise to strike at that vulnerability. At least if she’s smart – and we all know she is.
• Republicans take a clear majority in the House in November. In the Senate Republicans secure between 49 and 52 seats. They’ll either fall short of a majority by 1 seat or they’ll take a majority by no more than 2.
• If the economy continues to stagnate, Tim Geithner will be out in 2011. Eric Holder is already under a heat lamp due to his failure to prosecute crimes committed by minorities. I predict he’s out by tax day 2011. These resignations will be the result of House and Senate (should Republicans gain a majority) investigations of both.
• Kagen gets confirmed by a slim majority but her nomination will be subjected to a “filibuster” (blocked cloture vote).
• Should the GOP gain a slim majority in the Senate, Senate investigations into all of Obama’s Czars will begin in 2011 as they are operating as a shadow government as an intentional effort to circumvent the advice and consent of the US Senate. Result will be legislation banning such “special advisers” paid using taxpayer funding.

Let’s see how close I am. Shall we?

NAACP Resolves to Tag TEA Party Racists? Do They Own A Mirror?

This past Tuesday, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People had the audacity to pass a resolution condemning the grassroots TEA Party (Taxed Enough Already) as racists. My question is… Do they own a mirror?

The reasoning behind my question is simple. Any organization which promotes the condition of any race over another is by definition “racist”. The NAACP seeks to advance black Americans over other races. They seek the advancement of one race over another and as such is racist by nature. That obvious observation has prompted some back-peddling from the organization.

According to a story in Philly.com NAACP President Ben Jealous had the following to say on MSNoBodyCares’ Morning Joe…

“We aren’t saying that the tea party is racist,” Jealous said. “What we’re saying is that with their increasing power comes an increasing responsibility to act responsibly…and to call out when they see those things on those signs.”

I have had some exposure to the TEA Party and some of the organized groups of TEA Party activists around the country. I personally don’t attend any meetings and have not been to a rally due to the amount of time that is required of me in relation to my daughter’s medical conditions. That said however, the communications that I receive prior to organized rallies all call on active members to be on the watch for people with racist and provocative signs. They call on responsible members of the TEA Party to alert Party officials and such material will be removed.

Ben Jealous is a strange moniker to be known by incidentally but I digress. But according to his statements on Morning Joe, the TEA Party needs to be more pro-active in “calling out” these signs. Excuse me, the mere fact that he feels the need to counsel the TEA Party on this shows his inherent lack of knowledge of the movement.

The fundamental reason for the creation of the TEA Party is economic not social. It wasn’t formed to curtail or expand race relations in this country. It was formed to stop the over taxation of the American people in order for an Imperial President to satisfy his need to over spend. Seems to be a plain and simple concept to me but apparently the political left has a problem recognizing the obvious.

One of the most popular speakers at any of the TEA Party rallies that I’m aware of was Alfonzo Rachel who appeared at the Dallas TEA Party Rally last summer. And I’ll have to check the following video but if my memory serves me correctly he’s African-American (although Rachel and I share an opinion that hyphens divide thus hyphenated Americans are barriers to unity).

In the included video, Rachel uses the real history of the Democrat Party and questions why Black America is so loyal to it.

Yeah… I was right. Rachel is black. A proud Conservative American (notice – no hyphen). And I’m proud to say I admire him greatly.

The idea behind all these racism charges is juvenile. Because Obama is a black man if you oppose him you are a racist. It doesn’t matter how much destruction this idiot is causing, simply by opposing his destructive agenda you are a racist. Period end of discussion.

Well I’m here to tell you that personally I don’t give a rat’s ass if he’s purple. I would oppose a Caucasian in the same position advocating the same policy. Socialism is socialism and it needs to be stopped regardless of the color of the advocate’s skin. I do not engage in identity politics. Problem is, those who elected Obama do. They are the racists in this equation not me and certainly not the TEA Party. We need to be responsible in our voting and vote for the person, regardless of race or gender, who possesses the qualities we would like to see espoused in the office they are seeking.

NAACP DELEGATES UNANIMOUSLY PASS TEA PARTY AMENDMENT

NATION’S OLDEST AND LARGEST CIVIL RIGHTS GROUPS ASK TEA PARTY TO REPUDIATE RACIST FACTIONS

(KANSAS CITY, MO) – Over 2,000 NAACP delegates today unanimously passed a resolution—as amended—called “The Tea Party Movement,” asking for the repudiation of racist Tea Party leaders.

The resolution condemns the bigoted elements within the Tea Party and asks for them to be repudiated. The NAACP delegates presented this resolution for debate and passage after a year of vitriolic Tea Party demonstrations during which participants used racial slurs and images. In March, members of the Congressional Black Caucus were accosted by Tea Party demonstrators and called racial epithets. Civil rights icon John Lewis was spit on, while Congressman Emanuel Cleaver was called the “N” word and openly gay Congressman Barney Frank was called an ugly anti-gay slur.

“We take no issue with the Tea Party movement. We believe in freedom of assembly and people raising their voices in a democracy. What we take issue with is the Tea Party’s continued tolerance for bigotry and bigoted statements. The time has come for them to accept the responsibility that comes with influence and make clear there is no place for racism & anti-Semitism, homophobia and other forms of bigotry in their movement,” stated NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous. “Last night after my speech, I was approached by an African American member of the NAACP and the Tea Party. He thanked me for speaking out because he has begun to feel uncomfortable in the Tea Party and wants to ensure there will always be space for him in both organizations. I assured him there will always be a place for him in the NAACP. Dick Armey and the leadership of the Tea Party need to do the same.”

The resolution was amended during the debate to specifically ask the Tea Party itself to repudiate the racist elements and activities of the Tea Party. It comes on the heels of NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous’ announcement of the “One Nation, Working Together” Movement culminating with a national march on Washington on 10-2-10.

The resolution will now go to the NAACP National Board of Directors for a full vote when they meet in October 2010 in Baltimore, MD. A formal copy of the resolution will be released at that time.

Founded in 1909, the NAACP is the nation’s oldest and largest civil rights organization. Its members throughout the United States and the world are the premier advocates for civil rights in their communities, conducting voter mobilization and monitoring equal opportunity in the public and private sectors.

For the record, no video of John Lewis being spat upon has been found. No audio recordings of racial epitaphs have been found. And this is in spite of a reward offered by Andrew Breitbart for such materials. The NAACP is part of a concerted effort to marginalize regular hard-working Americans who take time away from their families and their jobs to protest bad legislation being advocated by bad legislators. The NAACP doesn’t want black Americans marginalized and on that point I agree. However I say NO American should ever be marginalized and that is what they are attempting.

What Makes Keith Olberdouce So Outragously Stupid?

Have you even considered why Keith Olberdouce has such a vendetta against Fox News Channel and its hosts? I did so I looked it up.

Sports is not my thing. I enjoy watching a game here and there but I don’t camp out on ESPN every evening to find out who did what in which game. My familiarity with Olberdouce’s former employment with ESPN is superficial so I had to research just exactly what prompted him to leave the world of sports in favor of his Error Amerika-esque MSNoBodyCare’s BS show. Imagine that, he was snubbed by Fox Sports Net and fired. Yeah, that’s right. It has less to do with any real bias on the part of FNC and more to do with the ego of Mr. Olberdouce.

It seems that Keith got wind of a rumor while employed at FSN and reported it. The rumor? That News Corp., parent company of FNC and FSN which is owned by Rupert Murdoch, was planning on selling the Los Angeles Dodgers. Murdoch, like any employer, fired Olberdouce for reporting the rumor. And ta-da, a vendetta is born.

When asked about why he fired Olberdouce, Murdoch reportedly said,

“I fired him… He’s crazy.”

But exactly why did the know nothing leave ESPN? Well Keith’s reporting of rumor wasn’t the first infraction against an employer. It seems that he made an “unauthorized” appearence on the Daily Show on Comedy Central and referred to Bristol, CT as a “God Forsaken Place”. Bristol, CT is the home of ESPN. He was suspended for the remark. Olberdouce further insulted his then employer by writing several unflattering remarks on his Salon.com web-diary. One in particular entitled “Mea Culpa” was rather scathing. He was subsequently fired.

To put it bluntly, Mr. Olberdouce is a washed up sports guy who can’t get a job anywhere doing sports. MSNoBodyCares actually hired him to do sports but he finds it more fun to bash Conservatives and his former employer (Fox) than doing what he was initially hired to do – report on sports. His is the LOWEST rated cable political commentary show on television. If GE were smart – yet no one of late has any inclination of accusing them of that – they would fired that albatross. But they won’t.

However, if you take an honest look at MSNoBodyCares’ line-up, you will see a host of has-beens. Error Amerika washouts, a former Democrat Congressman who couldn’t get elected to the post of dog catcher, and Keith Olberdouce. No wonder they are failing.

So Olberdouce is permitted to make slanderous remarks about his former employers and political figures because he – the arbiter of all knowledge – has a contrary political opinion. Too bad everything that Olberdouce advocates has been proven to be a failure each and every time its been tried. Just like Olberdouce himself.

ObamaCare Promises Proven To Be Lies -

The answer to my question is of course people saw this coming. That is why over 70% of the people wanted ObamaCare to fail. It was the obvious lie that the Emperor was telling that created the TEA Parties.

“If you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.” – President Barrack Hussein Obama – aka The Emperor.

This was a lie perpetuated by the left-wing Main Stream Media and his Ministry of Information and Mandatory Opinion (aka MSNoBodyCares). They continually were shouting into the rain that you can keep your health insurance and you can keep your doctor. Well guess what – it’s not so.

According to a report that appears in the Investors Business Daily -

Internal administration documents reveal that up to 51% of employers may have to relinquish their current health care coverage because of ObamaCare.

Small firms will be even likelier to lose existing plans.

The “midrange estimate is that 66% of small employer plans and 45% of large employer plans will relinquish their grandfathered status by the end of 2013,” according to the document.

In the worst-case scenario, 69% of employers — 80% of smaller firms — would lose that status, exposing them to far more provisions under the new health law.

The 83-page document, a joint project of the departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the IRS, examines the effects that ObamaCare’s regulations would have on existing, or “grandfathered,” employer-based health care plans. [1]

So, would you like to try to sell that lie again Barry?

I got called out a few weeks ago for linking something in Facebook about Obamaramadingdong. My FB friend questioned the legitimacy of calling him “The Emperor”. I’m sorry, but governing by fiat and slipping through legislation in the middle of the night isn’t what I call democratic.

The truth is Democrats are anything but. They are neo-socialists who are clinging to their 1960′s dream of a Social Utopia where everything is free and war does not exist. They are dangerous and need to be defeated. Our only chance at avoiding the impending destruction that is being ushered in by these idiots is for the American people to ban together and defeat them in November.

I have for a very long time avoided using as a primary source any news agency other than FoxNews.com. My reason is obvious, they don’t skew the news with commentary and they don’t attempt to hide commentary as news. This is in direct contrast to what the liberal media and the moron who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. would have you believe.

With the exception of references to articles obtained through the use of news aggrigators like The Drudge Report, almost all of the real news referenced here comes from Fox. That said however, there are times when even Fox will print something that makes you think, “What the hell were they thinking”. Case in-point, today’s headline reading, “Report: Health Overhaul Will Increase Nation’s Tab“.

Granted, this is an AP article so it is going to be filled with leftist spin and propaganda. All the news that’s fit to print as approved by the Obama Ministry of Truth. But give me a break, the AP and Fox actually think this is news? Every single person opposed to the Death Care bill knew that it would cost HUGE sums of money to implement. If the polls were correct in the closing days the number of Americans opposed to ObamaCare were in excess of 70% but they passed it anyway. We all knew the Emperor was lying through his teeth so why does it seem that the AP is shocked by this revelation? Because the referenced report originated from within the Obama Infestation.

The report in question was written by “economic experts” at the Department of Health and Human Services. The only news in the report is finding out that the Department of Health and Human Services actually employ “economic experts” but their conclusions aren’t news.

A report by economic experts at the Health and Human Services Department said the health care remake will achieve Obama’s aim of expanding health insurance — adding 34 million Americans to the coverage rolls.

But the analysis also found that the law falls short of the president’s twin goal of controlling runaway costs, raising projected spending by about 1 percent over 10 years. That increase could get bigger, however, since the report also warned that Medicare cuts in the law may be unrealistic and unsustainable, forcing lawmakers to roll them back. emphasis mine

Anything new here? Beyond the Infestation finally admitting there are no savings and it isn’t even “deficit neutral” nothing new in my opinion. It says that the taxpayers will see an increase in federal spending due to this bill of 1% over 10 years only if the Medicare cuts are put into place. But we all know that won’t happen so that 1% will explode by $500 billion.

They passed the bill on the backs of seniors and the disabled.

It had to get done. It is an emergency. People are dying because of the lack of health care. If we don’t get this done, millions of children will be in danger.

This was all a bunch of male bovine excrement from the start. First off, it is illegal for any hospital to turn away someone in need of emergency health care. We all know that. Even illegal aliens know this fact. That is why they sneak across the border to an American hospital to drop their anchor babies on US soil. Secondly, there was no emergency. If ObamaCare had failed to pass, nothing different would happen. Progressive control of you – the proletariat – would be delayed.

American Socialists [see also: Progressives, Liberals, Populists] have been on a mission to gain control of the US health care system since the beginning of the last century. This quest has been their goal since Woodrow Wilson was Emperor. They think they’ve got it done but… it’s finality is in question.

Ask yourself, “why would Obama make Death Care the keystone of his reign?” Because his keystone was not the health of America, it was the advancement of Progressivism [see also: Socialism, Liberalism, Populism]. His goal was to get done all that which his Liberal [see also: Socialist, Progressive, Populist] predecessors were unable to get done. Wilson wanted universal health care as did FDR, Truman, Johnson, Carter, and Clinton. Once the government controls the purse strings of your health, they control you. Hello Big Brother. What’s next? Change the name of our nation to Oceania? Telescreens? How about the Thought Police?

Because Obama and his “Party” are destined to destroy it unless we act.

The ‘Slaughter Solution’ Officially Nixed By Senate Parliamentarian

I read that headline and got excited. “Is the plan to use Reconciliation dead?” Not exactly…

According to Roll Call, the Senate Parliamentarian has made a ruling that directly impacts a tactic that has been in the works in the House that has been dubbed the ‘Slaughter Solution’. Named for House Rules Chairman – Louise Slaughter – it is a tactic whereby the House would approve the Senate bill but would not forward it onto the White House for signature until AFTER the Senate approved changes to the current Senate bill through Reconciliation. Problem – the bill must become law before the Senate can modify it through Budget Reconciliation. Meaning, it must have the President’s signature BEFORE the Senate can proceed. If it chooses to.

As I’ve pointed out before, Senate Democrats are going to want the issue of “health care” to die and die quickly after a law if passed. Once the ink from the President’s signature is dry on that document, they want to forget about it because that bill represents a massive net loss in Senate seats for the Democrats on November 4th. Dragging this thing out will only keep the matter fresh in the minds of the voting public and they Do – Not – Want – That. Senate Democrats are banking on America’s short-term memories and political ADHD to keep them in power even if by only one seat.

If this bill is approved by the House, after the President’s signature is on it, should the Senate attempt to amend it through Budget Reconciliation they can only address items that impact the federal budget. Policy is left out of the equation anyway. So any hopes for substantive changes in the bill are automatically nixed. However, the Republicans will stone wall any changes made to the bill through the amendment process further dragging out the debate. ‘Health Care’ – more aptly named Death Care, will drag out towards the summer months when every single Republican candidate for House and Senate will be using members voting records on this hotbed issue to sink every single Democrat candidate they can.

The American public want a mulligan. They would rather nothing pass than this bill. But Democrat understand if this bill does not pass the President’s agenda is sunk. With 279 of them currently serving in elected office indelibly tied to Obama on this issue, Michael Moore’s prediction of the November election will be an inconvenient reality. He told Rachel Madcow…

“And now it’s like, I just feel like the Democrats are – they’re in for an ass-whooping of Biblical proportions in November if they don’t get off the dime and do the job they were sent there to do. I mean that. I mean, it – don’t they see that?” – source Newsbusters

Vulnerable Democrats are avoiding the President like the plague. When Obama chose to propagandize the American people through an orchestrated event at a St. Louis high school where was Missouri Senatorial candidate Robin Carnahan? She was attending a fundraiser in Washington DC. While Obama was helping incumbent Senator Claire McCaskill raise money for her 2012 re-election campaign.

Obama is fast becoming a political liability for Democrats facing a jobloss in 2010. His track record to this point is dismal. He failed in Copenhagen twice. He failed to be any help in New Jersey and Virginia as both races for governor were lost to the Republican candidates. He failed in Massachusetts allowing the Republican candidate to be elected and losing his filibuster proof Senate.

I said his filibuster proof Senate because that is what it was. A 60 vote majority of yes-men/women. With 60 votes they could have literally rubber-stamped anything that he wanted. But they didn’t and that’s how he ended up in this predicament.

How else can you explain what has happened? How else could his “health care” takeover have failed? It was completely done within his Party. Blaming Republicans to his base may be popular with his incredibly shrinking base but the reality of the situation is understood by a vast majority of voting Americans and it shows in the polls. Even the incredibly Democrat friendly Gallup Poll has Obama’s approval rating at an all time low (for their poll) at 46%. How much lower can he go?

According to Rasmussen Reports and their Presidential Approval Index he is sitting at -21. Meaning 21% more Americans strongly disapprove of his job performance than strongly approve.

Before the 2008 elections I told all of you that Obama is a man who has failed at every single thing he has tried except running for a couple of political offices – including the Presidency. Why would the electorate put trust in a man who is an epic failure? They did and this is what we got.

He is liar of grand proportions who makes Slick Willy’s finger wagging look like an innocent white lie. He has broken just about every single campaign promise he made. Why would anyone trust this man? The incredibly shocking thing is there are millions who do. Thank GOD most of them never vote.
