Dems Poised to Feel Wrath of Voters in ’10 Just As GOP Did in ’06 & ’08

Democrats haven’t learned anything from the failures of the GOP in 2006 and 2008. They have consistently gotten it wrong over the last two election cycles. Democrats falsely believed that the rejection of GOP candidates in the past two election cycles were a rejection of policy. They ran on the mantra of the “Culture of Corruption” and won an unstoppable majority.

Was there corruption in the GOP? Yes there was. Many were beginning to get corrupted by the power that Washington D.C. infects. Many were using their offices to gain personally and others were using legislation to insure re-election. The Pork being enjoyed by many Republican members of Congress in the latter years of the Bush Administration led to the downfall of the GOP.

In 2006 Conservative voters had no one to vote for so they stayed home. In the 2008 Presidential race, the choice was between a Progressive Democrat and a Progressive Republican – Socialist or Socialist Lite. Identity politics played a larger roll than ever before in American politics. The euphoria created by the possibility of electing a minority candidate to the Presidency won over voters and rationale lost.

The GOP’s candidate was selected by the progressive main stream media because they all knew that if given the choice between a Democrat and a Liberal Republican, Conservative voters would bail on the Republican as they did in 2006.

Voter intimidation and fraud did play a roll in the 2008 races as well. But yet, the Obama Infestation doesn’t have any interest in making sure those crimes are never again repeated. After-all, they benefited from those crimes.

Since taking office, Obama and Nancy Pelosi have led their party to the far left. The sheer growth of the federal government and the near Imperial powers now granted to the President by this Congress must have the founding fathers rolling in their graves. The result of all this growth in government is record high deficits which are 4 times the size of those that led to the downfall of the GOP in 2006.

The $427 Billion deficit racked up by the Bush Administration in 2005 pales in comparison to $1.42 Trillion 2009 short-fall and seem like nothing in comparison to the projected 2010 deficit of $1.75 Trillion. To put the Bush deficits into context, during his 8 years in office, Bush added $4.9 Trillion to the national debt. If you just take the past two years in to account, Obama has already added $3.17 Trillion. If left unchecked with a hypothetical returning Democrat majority for the next 2 years, Obama’s contribution to the national debt over 4 years in office would be an estimated $6.34 Trillion and likely more.

Debt and corruption were the GOP’s undoing in 2006 and 2008. Now, the Democrats are facing 4 times the debt and double the corruption. The current Treasury Secretary is a known tax cheat. The former Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee is as well as evidenced by his 13 ethics violations and pending criminal indictment (because we all know there is an indictment in the works). Another Democrat member of Congress faces an ethics battle. Pelosi has failed to “drain the swamp” and seems to have encouraged her members to seek out ways to exploit the earmark process.

Nancy Pelosi’s most ethical and most transparent Congress in history is about to fall flat under the weight of its ethics violations and shady back-room deals. Remember what she said about the Death Care bill?

“We have to pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it.”

How about that transparency Nancy?

I won’t hold my breath waiting for her to answer.

Now Pelosi has another shell game in the works. As the school year is about to begin and the financially strapped states have less money to dole out for education, SanFran Nan and her band of miscreants are calling the House back into session in the middle of the August recess in order to pass “emergency” legislation totaling an additional $26 Billion in spending for teachers. Ask the question “why?” since nearly half of the American Robbery and Redistribution Act money is still unspent. After-all, wasn’t that supposed to fund police, firemen, and – umm, who else… that’s right – TEACHERS so they wouldn’t lose their jobs?

People this is nothing more than as cheap game of 3-card Monty. Chase the red queen but there is no queen on the table. It’s a ploy for votes and nothing more. The funds are already allocated to save teachers’ jobs if the Infestation wished to use it; but they don’t. They’d rather Pelosi do a little grand standing in order to buy some more votes and in the process increase the debt a little bit more in order to justify more tax increases in the future. You see if they use already appropriated funding to “save teaching jobs” it doesn’t make headlines. No headlines, no votes.

Before you go to vote on November 2nd remember a couple of very important items.

Obama promised that if the “stimulus” (aka the American Robbery and Redistribution Act) were passed unemployment wouldn’t go any higher than 8%. How’s that 9.5% unemployment feeling America? Or how about the estimated 17% – 24% underemployment for that matter?
Pelosi promised to drain the swamp and yet one Congressman has been sent to prison for taking bribes, and two more are under Ethics Committee investigations and expected to be expelled.
Democrats rode a wave of discontent over Republican deficits in 2006 and 2008 but the current budget deficit is 4 times higher.

And finally I want you to ask yourself a question…

Is your family better off today than you were in 2006?

OH.. before I go. I have a little misconception to clear up.

That surplus that all you Clintonian drones like to point to that Bush destroyed with his deficit spending… That was the brain child of a Republican. Rep. John Kasich of Ohio wrote the budget that created that surplus. Kasich is currently running for Governor of Ohio. And much to the dismay of Obama and Uncle Ted (Strickland), he’s leading in that race. And for the record… Uncle Ted rode that anti-GOP wave in 2006. Remember the quote at the top Uncle Ted.

H.R. 2499 – The Fast-track to Voter Fraud [UPDATED]

The quest to gain the Hispanic vote is taking a despicable turn today as the U.S. House of Representatives takes up House Resolution 2499 – Puerto Rico Democracy Act of 2009. Leftists and Progressive Republicans would say about my comment, “why would you want to deny Puerto Ricans democracy?” The answer is, I don’t. I want to preserve it.

Three times Puerto Rico has voted on the issue of statehood and three times they have voted to remain a Protectorate (see also: Territory). Statehood will subject Puerto Rico to taxation under the federal tax code. As of right now, Puerto Ricans enjoy the benefits of citizenship and protections under the United States Constitution. They have turned down the opportunity for statehood or independence three times between 1967 and 1998 each time DEMOCRATICALLY electing to remain a Territory of the United States.

We have allowed the decision to be Puerto Rico’s. But today, the U.S. House takes up the question of statehood for Puerto Rico in a way that will force Puerto Ricans into a situtation where they will be voting yet again without the choice to remain a Territory of the United States and they are doing so under the guise of “democracy”.

H.R. 2499 changes the question from “Do you want to become a state?” to “Do you like the current status?”. If the people of Puerto Rico vote “no” on that question, the ballot for the next vote will have the choice to remain a Territory of the United States removed. I’ll get into detail on that a bit further down in the post.

In 1796, the Tennessee Territory was admitted into the Union by force. Not by the government of the United States, it was the Tennessee Territory who forced themselves to be seated as a state. Tennessee unsuccessfully petitioned Congress for admission so they adopted a state Constitution, elected Representatives and Senators then showed up in the capital and demanded to be seated. The Congress didn’t have any frame-work in place for dealing with this kind of forced inclusion so they seated the delegates and Tennessee became the 16th state.

Now, Progressive forces in Puerto Rico are attempting to achieve the same thing by use of the Tennessee Plan model. The Partido Nuevo Progresista de Puerto Rico has written into their platform:

“The New Progressive Party adopts the Tennessee Plan as an additional strategy for the decolonization and the claim for the admission of Puerto Rico as the 51st State of the United States of America.”

“This shall be done through legislation which will establish a process for the adoption and ratification of the Constitution of the State of Puerto Rico, and the election of two senators and six federal congresspersons to appear before Congress in Washington D.C. to claim their seats and the admission of Puerto Rico as the 51st State of the United States of America.”

Right now both Parties are pushing this “non-binding” legislation to remove the opportunity for Puerto Rico to remain a U.S. Territory when they vote again.

H.R. 2499 explicitly states…

The Government of Puerto Rico is authorized to conduct a plebiscite in Puerto Rico. The 2 options set forth on the ballot shall be preceded by the following statement:

‘‘Instructions: Mark one of the following 2 options:

‘‘(1) Puerto Rico should continue to have its present form of political status. If you agree, mark here ____ .

‘‘(2) Puerto Rico should have a different political status. If you agree, mark here _____ .’’.

The ballot doesn’t mention statehood. It says in effect, do you like the current status?

But the supposed “non-binding” resolution goes on to define what the consequences are if the people vote for option 1 or option 2…

If a majority of the ballots in the plebiscite are cast in favor of Option 1, the Government of Puerto Rico is authorized to conduct additional plebiscites under subsection (a) at intervals of every 8 years from the date that the results of the prior plebiscite are certified under section 3(d).

OH COOL. If the people want to remain a Territory now, in 8 years they get a chance to reconsider. How thoughtful of the Congress to define these terms for them. What ever happened to allowing the people of Puerto Rico to decide when they wish to vote? But what if a majority votes for option 2?

If a majority of the ballots in a plebiscite conducted pursuant to subsection (a) or (b) are cast in favor of Option 2, the Government of Puerto Rico is authorized to conduct a plebiscite on the following 3 options:

(1) Independence: Puerto Rico should become fully independent from the United States. If you agree, mark here _____ .

(2) Sovereignty in Association with the United States: Puerto Rico and the United States should form a political association between sovereign nations that will not be subject to the Territorial Clause of the United States Constitution. If you agree, mark here ______ .

(3) Statehood: Puerto Rico should be admitted as a State of the Union. If you agree, mark here _____ .

Not only is the Congress of the United States telling the people of Puerto Rico when to vote, but upon what they are voting. Does that sound like democracy? How about fully disclosing the consequences resulting from the first vote? Are they planning on telling the people the truth before the election about rejecting option 1? Are they going to tell the people of Puerto Rico that if they select option 2 there is no going back to option 1?

If the people fraudulently are led to voting for option 2 in the first vote, remaining a U.S. Territory is off the table. After-all, it is the New Progressives in Puerto Rico who are pushing for statehood, do you really think they are intending on fully informing the electorate of what they are voting on? Ask yourself, how truthful was our Progressive President when he ran for office?

Liberals are worried that if Puerto Rico becomes a state they will inevitably vote for Republicans making them another Red State. However, the forces within Puerto Rico pushing statehood are more likely to push those they influence to vote Democrat. Here is the danger.

What the House is voting on today is no different than Congress becoming Puerto Rico’s ACORN. The U.S. House is engaging in voter fraud my misleading the Puerto Rican people and the people of the United States by shielding this non-democratic binding bill as a “non-binding” resolution with the name Puerto Rico Democracy Act of 2009.

Let me be clear on one point before I end this. If Puerto Rico wants to become a state, let them petition the Congress for statehood. They haven’t. Once they do, I’m all for including them into the Union. BUT, this bill forces them to choose and it is misleading in the choices offered. If you are going to force them to choose, put all the options on the table in one vote. Don’t break the choices up so the people lose their choice of keeping things how they are.

[UPDATE 1835] At 1:01 pm the United States House of Representatives passed roll call vote 232 by a vote of 222 yea to 190 nay (with 18 not voting) to consider the bill H.R. 2499. For passage, voting were 221 Democrats and 1 Republican. Among the nay votes, 170 Republicans and 20 Democrats. Those not voting 12 Democrats and 6 Republicans. Those not voting were; Barrett (SC), Davis (AL), DeGette, Fallin, Gordon (TN), Hoekstra, McCaul, Meeks (NY), Melancon, Mollohan, Moore (WI), Pingree (ME), Poe (TX), Shuler, Stark, Teague, Wamp, Wilson (OH).

Keep in mind, this was just a House Resolution to consider H.R. 2499 not full passage of the bill. Yet.

[UPDATE 2015]Just moments after my last update, the United States House of non-representing Representatives passed H.R. 2499 by a vote of 223 – 169 with 1 voting present and 37 others not voting at all.

Democrats Quickly Losing Independent Support

They key polling data to look at going forth towards the November elections should be those identified as ‘independent voters’. Case in point, the latest polls out of the Massachusetts special election for US Senate. They key voting block in this race are those who do not identify themselves as either Democrat or Republican.

According to the latest data, Brown is leading Coakley 51% – 46% overall which is fabulous news for Massachusetts and the nation as a whole. However, the key data in that poll is how the race shapes up among those who do not claim a party affiliation. Among independents, Brown leads Coakley 64% – 32% (2:1)! This is dramatic data.[1]

If the Democrats cannot convert ‘Independent Voters’ they cannot win. There are 4% more people identifying themselves as Republicans in this country than Democrats. Conservatives outnumber Liberals nearly 2:1. Independents are the key voting block and if they cannot be converted Democrats sink.

The problem Democrats are having is that they’ve burned ‘Independents’. In 2008 Democrats won due to in no small part to their ability to convert ‘Independent Voters’. Newsflash 2010, ‘Independents’ are poised to let their displeasure known via the ballot box.

ABC News’ Jake Tapper makes a very interesting observation of the Coakley/Brown race in Massachusetts. His observation? Martha Coakley: A Democratic Canary in a Coalmine?

Tapper canary in a coalmine reference makes the point that as devastating as a Coakley loss will be to the Emperor and his agenda today, it is but a mere sample of what is likely to happen come November 4th. More importantly, he sees the writing on the Obama White House wall.

Tapper makes 4 points noted in Obama’s appearance in Massachusetts yesterday. Point #4 is the most revealing and it deals exclusively with Death Care.

(4) Planning for a Brown Win:

This was unsaid at the rally, but one other thing worth noting is that the White House is obviously preparing a strategy for health care reform in case Coakley loses.

As we reported previously, the White House would want the House pass the Senate bill, so the Senate doesn’t have to vote any more on the matter in the new post-supermajority Senate with Scott Brown.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., has told the White House that she’s skeptical the House would pass that legislation, given the stark differences in some areas, but Senate Democrats and White House officials would push hard the notion that the bills are 90 percent similar and not doing so would be allowing the insurance companies to win. House Democrats would want Senate Democrats force the bill through by bypassing normal Senate rules and passing the legislation through the “reconciliation” process — requiring only 50 votes. That would even allow some moderates to peel away.

But White House officials note that reconciliation is only for budget matters so the most popular parts of the bill involving insurance reforms — banning the denial of coverage based on pre-existing conditions, for instance — would not be part of that bill.

Why would they be making contingency plans in the event of a Brown win if they didn’t expect one?

Also, Death Care isn’t the only casualty if Brown wins. Cap and Tax will die on the table in the Senate as well. And ‘Independents’ understand that. ‘Independents’ want Death Care to die. ‘Independents’ want Cap and Tax to die. That is why Brown will win tomorrow because they know he will empower the minority to block harmful legislation which is the only kind of legislation being authored today.

The Democrats have shown their colors by legislating behind closed doors and making sweetheart deals to buy votes. ‘Independents’ are joining Conservatives and Libertarians in opposition to this “Politburo” style of governance adopted by the Obama Infestation and the Pelosi/Reid Congress. This is the ‘Tea Party’. And their villain is the Obama/Pelosi/Reid big government.

WAPO: Rangel, Step Aside

Anyone who believes the media in the United States is controlled by right leaning ideologues must have been in a drug induced coma for the past 9 years and missed the whole media bombardment of Richard Nixon in the mid 70′s. The garbage wrapper most responsible for all of Nixon’s trouble in 1974 is now turning on a Democrat – one Charles Rangel (D NY-15).

In what can only be termed as liberal cannibalism, WAPO says…

We called on Mr. Rangel to resign his coveted post last November while the House ethics committee probed his contact with a potential donor to a pet project who also had business before the committee. Mind you, that committee already was looking into his using official stationery to raise funds for that pet project, paying below-market rents on four Harlem apartments, failing to report income from a Florida condominium sale and failing to pay taxes on a home in the Dominican Republic. There’s another subcommittee investigation into lobbyist-paid trips by Mr. Rangel and four other members of Congress.

Much is expected of elected officials. Much more is expected and demanded of those entrusted with chairmanships and the power that comes with them, especially when it involves the nation’s purse strings. From all that we’ve seen thus far, Mr. Rangel has violated that trust continually and seemingly without care.

Democrats never let a short-coming of any Republican go without pressuring a resignation. In this case, the Dems are conspicuously silent and the Republicans aren’t doing any better. A tax cheat is in charge of writing tax law and another is charged with enforcing tax law. The Obama Infestation is teeming with radicals and criminals but no one in the press seems to care and the Republicans are perfectly content to allow the Dictator-in-Chief have his way without challenge.

Charlie Rangle thought that he could get away with not disclosing over half his income but yet he is left in charge of writing tax law for this Congress? He has already written into the Porkulus increased enforcement penalties for those who attempt to cheat on their taxes but somehow I think he’ll escape prosecutions, interest, and/or penalties.

In 2006, SanFran Nan used the term “Culture of Corruption” as a tool to fraudulently gain the majority in both houses of Congress. At the time, we on the right warned you that Democrats are the true “Culture of Corruption” but you didn’t listen. With a track record that could circumnavigate the earth multiple times, the Democrats are known for short-cutting the system, political favors, pay-offs, and pay-to-play schemes.

In 1960, it was the Democrats who benefited from the mob stuffing the ballot box in Chicago which resulted in John Kennedy defeating Richard Nixon for the Presidency and launched the mythical comparison of the Kennedy family with Camelot. But no one complained. At least those who did were ignored.

From Kennedy’s victory to his brother’s not being charged for murdering Mary Jo Kopechne to the unindicted co-conspirator (Jack Murtha) to William “Cold Cash” Jefferson to Charlie Rangel (among numerous others which I haven’t the room to list), the Democrat party has been corrupt since the days of Tammany Hall.

Today we have Chicago mob style politics complete with threats from the Chief of Staff and pay-for-play. They use union thugs to use intimidation and violence against anyone who opposes the Emperor. Anyone who says Chicago mob style politics is NOT corrupt should have a head CT because something is amiss in their cranium.

Do I think Charlie Rangel should resign his position on the Ways and Means Committee? Hell yeah I do. As-a-matter-of-fact, I’d like to see every last Democrat in national office resign because their isn’t an honest one among them. They are all corrupt. And the vast majority of them do not have the best interest of this country in mind when they go to work. They are progressives. And what do progressives seek to progress toward? SOCIALISM!

In true Alinskyite fashion, the ends will justify the means. If the goal is achieved, how you got to that goal does not matter. You can cheat (they do). You can steal (they have). You can lie (they are). If they are talking they are lying. If they are running for office, they are cheating. And if they lose and it goes to a recount, they will magically inherit hundreds of votes thereby effectively stealing the election (ask Norm Coleman).

Rangel is a symptom and we cannot just focus on him. He needs to go – yes. But so do Congressional Democrats and the entire Infestation because it is comprised of thugs, thieves, criminals, and radicals. They are the disease of American politics. Corrupt from the top down and in all directions. Thus creating another “I told you so moment” for Gribbit’s Word because I warned you Obama was a radical before the election. And you, as usual, ignored me. America, it is your fault these turds have power. When are you going to quit drinking the Democrat Kool-aid and think for yourselves?

Will Garofolo Call ‘Get Out Of The Way’ Racism Too??

Former Error Amerika host and Comedian Janine Garofolo says that the TEA Parties were sparked by racism. Hmmm – I didn’t know that protesting against the tax and spend policies of the government was a race issue until that twit opened her pie hole.

I’d like to see the half-witted former Error Amerika host blow-hard Janine call this guy a racist for opposing Obamaramadingdong’s moronic policies.

Problem with Janine is that she’s an angry person. Angry at herself because she is a failure. Angry at herself because she idolizes failures – ie: Carter and Obama. Angry because she couldn’t find a coherent thought with a seeing-eye dog and a flashlight.

I admit that I’m a bomb thrower. My problem with Janine and other celebrity libtards is that they are only given a platform to throw their bombs because they are famous. Just because a person is famous does not mean that they have some special insight as to how to run a country. As a matter of fact, people like Janine and Susan Sarandon are so wrapped up in the fiction that defines their lives that reality is foreign to them. They’ve latched onto the Socialist/Communist agenda of Hollyweird and have run with it.

Let us not forget that the House Committee on UnAmerican Activities was right when it suspected Communist influences in Hollyweird. You may bitch all you want about the blacklist, but keep in mind that the blacklist didn’t keep any real Commies from working in Hollyweird or we wouldn’t be still talking about the flaming Socialist nature of the left coast would we? And while I have opened the subject of the blacklist, let us not forget that the blacklist was a tool used by the studios – NOT CONGRESS OR REPUBLICANS – to get the heat off of them so that they could implement their brand of Socialist indoctrination through their media and under the radar because they control the media.

It is time that the people get wise to the fact that celebrity liberalism is actually more dangerous that political liberalism. Let me explain…

A liberal politician can only corrupt the minds of the people who actually believe their tripe. Celebrities can corrupt the minds of the Politically Apathetic among us. And based upon the numbers from the last election, that is an awful lot of new registered voters. ACORN did a good job of rigging this election by registering enough lemmings to skew the real results.

What will happen if the TEA Party phenomenon continues to grow in this country and the people begin to see through Obama’s brand of male bovine excrement? People like Janine won’t be able to say that grassroots anger over political policies which hurt this nation and its people are sparked by racism. Makes me wonder something. ‘What will their next slogan to get you to vote for them be now that they are the ones who are completely to blame for the ills of the nation.?’ After-all, Republicans are completely OUT of power and can no longer be the scapegoats that liberals need to get elected.

Apathetic American Lemmings, The Constitution, And Destined Failure Because of Them

A realistic appraisal of the current disaster that is the US economy reveals what the actual causes were. Unfortunately, the people of this nation elected a “person” from the party which created the mess in the first place. This further explains why I consider most American voters members of a special class of people that I refer to as Politically Apathetic American Lemmings*.

These people have no grasp of the reality in consideration of the political system which is the United States of America. The US Constitution, as originally written, is a marvelous document crafted by perhaps some of the most brilliant men in the history of the world. They were so clever in their wording, that it needs no so-called interpretation. Because it is written in plain English, no one with an understanding of the English language and a dictionary should be confused by the document. But it remains, that there are those within our nation, and our government, who fail to recognize that the document says what it means and means what it says.

The framers of our founding document were specific in some areas and vague in others intentionally. Where ambiguity seems to occur, the subject was meant to be referred to the states for definition. This is further explained in the 10th Amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Thomas Jefferson, a hero of Democrats by-the-way, saw no need for Amendments to the Constitution. He believed that once you begin to define the text of the founding document, this would lead to the above mentioned ambiguity. He advocated adoption of the founding document free of a “bill of rights” because once you define individual rights, the state would then seek “rights” of its own. Something that no one in the Constitutional Convention intended. The rights that were to be defined by the first 10 Amendments to the Constitution were understood as being “reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

This is the heart of the states rights platform of Conservatives. Be not confused by the difference between members of the Republican Party and Conservatives.

Republicans have Party Loyalty to consider as members of the Party. But Conservatives, follow a “Strict Constructionist” or Federalist approach to defining the Constitution. In other words, it says what it means and means what it says. Republicans on the other hand, will adopt whatever interpretations of the founding document necessary to obtain political victory. States rights as defined by the 10th Amendment will suffer under the Republican view of the founding document but is at the heart of the argument for every Conservative.

Where the founding document is vague, it is intended by the 10th Amendment to be referred to the individual states for definition should they choose to take up the subject. If not, it is assumed by the 10th to be a right of the people directly and up to them to define how they will exercise their right. These rights began to be eroded with the ratification of the 11th Amendment in 1795.

Law suits against the US government had not been addressed by the 7 Articles of the Constitution. The Congress chose to pass legislation for the adoption of an Amendment to the United States Constitution not to place a limit on government, but rather to put a limit on the people. The 11th limits the people’s right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

If the federal government wrongs someone, the 11th Amendment removes that person’s right to challenge the government before a federal judge for redress. This isn’t defining a “right” of the people or a placement of limitation on the national government as the original Amendments were intended to be. Just as Jefferson predicted, once you begin to define individual “rights” in the Constitution, the state would begin to look to define its “rights”.

The worst infraction against the framers’ intent? The 17th Amendment.

Clause 1. The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.

Clause 2. When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of each State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.

Clause 3. This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.

Originally, the idea for the appointment of Senators by state legislatures was to make the Senate a representative of the states and the House a representative of the people.

Article 1 Section 2 paragraph 1:

The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature.

Article 1 Section 3 paragraph 1:

The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.

The intent was clear.

Bottom line is that “the people” are ignorant. They think that because the politician they’ve been groomed to favor believes that the Constitution is an evolving document that is what they must believe. The members of the Politically Apathetic American Lemmings* are dangerous. They are dangerous because they fail to think. Some one who blithely follows someone else because of the grooming done by their mentors in organized labor, the news media, or ethnic group leader are weak minded lemmings and because they are given the right to vote, we all must suffer. And worse, our nation is NOT what it was intended to be. Therefore, it is doomed to go the way of each and every democracy before it.

Obama, Marxism, Socialism, Frank Davis, And All His Crap – We Can’t Afford Him

I make no secret of the fact that I cannot stand the President-elect. It is my belief that the American people were sold a bill of goods that 1) we cannot afford and 2) is dangerous to the security of the union. And I mean security in a dire way.

In spite of what you may have been instructed to believe about Barry/Barack Hussein Obama/Soetoro/Obama, it is a fact that Obama is the product of a family which sought out Socialism for decades BEFORE and AFTER the birth of the next occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Barry’s maternal grandparents, Stanley and Madelyn Dunham, moved from Kansas to suburban Seattle seeking the company of socialist and socialist thought. They aimed to have their daughter, Anna – Barry’s mommy, attend a school which was run by an open member of the Communist Party USA.

The Dunhams moved to 206 East Lexington St., Mercer Island, Washington in 1956, after living in an apartment for a year in a nearby Seattle. The lure was the high school that had just opened and the opportunity it offered for their daughter, who was then 13.

Curious and precocious, Anna was greatly influenced by left-wing and communist teachers in the Mercer Island High School, who had the students read the philosophers Sartre and Kierkegaard, “The Communist Manifesto” and question the existence of God. Anna touted herself as an atheist.

Mercer Island High was a hotbed of pro-Marxist radical teachers. John Stenhouse, board member, testified before the House Un-American Activities Subcommittee that he had been a member of the Communist Party USA and the school has a number of Marxists on its staff. Two teachers at this school, Val Foubert and Jim Wichterman, both Frankfurt School style Marxists, taught a critical theory curriculum to students which included; rejection of societal norms, attacks on Christianity, the traditional family, and assigned readings by Karl Marx. The hallway between Foubert’s and Wichterman classrooms was called “anarchy ally.”

A high school classmate described Anna as “a fellow traveler. . . . We were liberals before we knew what liberals were.”

The descriptive, “fellow traveler,” was first applied to non-communists who were inclined toward the views of the Communist Party by Leon Trotsky.

In 1960, Stanley’s chosen profession as a furniture salesman afforded him the opportunity to move his family to Hawaii, a hotbed of post WWII Communist activity. It was at that University of Hawaii East West Centre – a particular hotbed for Communism in 1960, that Anna met Barack Hussein Obama, Sr. Their meeting and subsequent love affair produced the future 44th President of the United States.

Fast forward to Barry’s return to Hawaii and his mother abandoning him to the care of her parents, young Barry became aquanted with one Frank Davis by way of his grandfather Stanley Dunham.

Information from Davis’s 601 page FBI file reveals that Davis (born 1905) became interested in the Communist Party as far back as 1931.

Certainly from the mid/late ’30s to the early ’40s Davis was involved in several Communist Party fronts including the the National Negro Congress, the League of American Writers, the National Federation for Constitutional Liberties and the Civil Rights Congress

The FBI first began tracking Davis in 1944 when they identified him as member of the Communist Party’s Dorie Miller Club in Chicago — card number 47544.

Davis taught courses at the party controlled Abraham Lincoln School in Chicago and attended meetings of the party’s Cultural Club until he left for Hawaii in 1948.

In Hawaii Davis became a columnist for a union financed, communist controlled newspaper, the Honolulu Record.

Despite going underground in 1950, the Hawaiian CP was one of the most dynamic in the US at the time. The mainland put huge resources into the Hawaiian party because the Soviets wanted the US military presence on the islands shut down. The Hawaiian CP was charged with agitating against the US military bases at every opportunity. Several times the FBI observed Davis photographing obscure Hawaiian beaches — possibly for espionage purposes.

Obama had an admitted relationship with someone who was publicly identified as a member of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). The record shows that Obama was in Hawaii from 1971-1979, where, at some point in time, he developed a close relationship, almost like a son, with Davis, listening to his “poetry” and getting advice on his career path. But Obama, in his book, “Dreams From My Father,” refers to him repeatedly as just “Frank.” Frank is the black communist writer now considered by some to be in the same category of prominence as Maya Angelou and Alice Walker.

According to an interview with Dawn Weatherly-Williams, Obama returned to Hawaii in the fall of 1970 to attend Punahou School. He first met Frank Marshall Davis after he took the entrance exams.

Davis moved to Honolulu from Chicago in 1948 with his second wife Helen Canfield, a white socialite, at the suggestion of his friend the actor Paul Robeson, who advised them that there would be more tolerance of a mixed race couple in Hawaii than on the American mainland. Robeson, of course, was the well-known black actor and singer who served as a member of the CPUSA and apologist for the old Soviet Union. Davis had known Robeson from his time in Chicago.

The 1951 report of the Commission on Subversive Activities to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii identified him as a CPUSA member. What’s more, anti-communist congressional committees, including the House Un-American Activities Committee (HUAC), accused Davis of involvement in several communist-front organizations.

His mother was an open ~~Socialist~~ “a fellow traveler”. His grandparents moved about the nation seeking the company and teachings of Communists. His grandfather befriended Frank Davis and introduced Obama to Davis at a very young and impressionable age. His grandmother is a product of that guardian of leftist thought, Berkley. His academic career is ripe with studies in leftist thought. He worked as a “Community Organizer” which is code these days for radical inciter and indoctrinator. The current indoctrination method used by students of Saul Alinsky to spread his band of modern Communism. It uses racism as a tool to recruit minorities to ‘the cause’ and code words like ‘social justice’ to push massive government redistribution programs designed to make more people dependent upon mother government for support.

Obama’s voting record and speeches reflect massive leftist leanings. Why in the world would anyone, and I mean ANYONE, actually believe that he is NOT a Socialist?!?

It is time to counter the leftist movement of our government and resist the creation of 600,000 new government jobs. Should Obama’s economic plan prevail, it will become the largest leap to the left in US history. The majority of Americans will either become government dependent OR outright employed by the government. Once on the government tit, it is difficult to remove your self from that tit.

Our only hope, Republican cohesiveness in the Senate. We need unity among Senate Republicans or we will make the trek toward full on Socialism. If the George Voinovich’s cannot be convinced that dealing with these lefitists is damaging to the country, we are doomed to travel the road that France is currently bogged down in.

Who do we have to blame should this happen? The George Voinovich’s of course but also guilty of selling out this nation is the main stream press, ACORN, and the Apathetic American Lemmings who for reasons beyond me have no interest in paying attention to what actually happens in Washington, but would rather be hand fed their information by the left leaning press and organizations such as ACORN.

The first thing that we need is a new law banning the payment of voter registration canvassers. If there is no incentive to fraudulently registered un-qualified individuals or individuals who are already registered or dead. then we would not have the specter of voter fraud on the scale raised in the 2008 election.

This nation had better get over the asinine idea that requiring identification proving that you are an eligible voter is somehow disenfranchisement. Each and every time an ineligible voter casts a ballot the eligible voters are disenfranchised. We must protect legally cast votes and eliminate illegal votes.

But left up to leftists, they would register Hamas members in the Gaza Strip to vote in US Presidential election. That is of course if it benefits the Democrat Party.

Illegal aliens, felons, dead people, children, dogs, cats, and animated characters are the constituents of Democrats. We have been witness to in this past election, the proliferation of Chicago style politics where stuffing ballot boxes is a pass time. But it comes with a new twist called early voting. Vote via absentee ballot then show up and vote in person. Register to vote in a state where you aren’t a resident and vote the day you register. These were the tactics of the left and their “community organizers” in 2008. Since we witnessed it being done, steps need to be taken to eliminate its being repeated.

In Ohio, the court ruling that allowed same day voting needs stricken. Especially since it is a violation of the Ohio state Constitution. Early voting needs to be eliminated and proper identification and residency requirements need to be restored.

Obama Mediocrity and Incompetence Will Doom the Obama Infestation

With less than a month before Barry Obama takes the oath of office, it has occurred to me to point out the consequences of electing this incredibly unqualified twit chief executive. The people elected Obama in guilt inspired fit of mass hysteria brought on by the liberal guilt machine which is also responsible for the asinine big brother style PC thought police that guilts people into censoring their speech. So much for the 1st Amendment that libtards like for you to believe they are trying to protect.

Before the 2004 Democrat National Convention Barack Hussein Obama was an unheard of (on a national scale) state Senator who had to that point in his career achieved very little. He was legislatively impotent preferring to take no position on anything other than the termination of human life and the neglect of children born alive following botched abortions. He has prided himself as a “community organizer” for whatever that job entails but as a “community organizer” he was just as impotent. He failed to achieve any of the goals he set out to accomplish. As a United States Senator he again, failed to achieve any notable success. In a sense, the 2008 Presidential election resulted in the most successful failure in US history being elected President of the United States.

Consequence #1 – What could we possibly expect from such an underachiever other than more failure?

Since the 2008 campaign launched itself shortly after Christmas 2006, Barack Hussein Obama has been riding a wave of popularity sparked by the proliferation of urban culture. The expansion of which has increased the rate of demoralization in America. White liberal guilt has permitted urban culture to blur the lines between acceptable and unacceptable behavior in this nation. How did it happen? Because white liberal guilt was permitted to become mainstream and as I discussed above – the PC police took control and it was no longer acceptable to question the expansion of this harmful behavior.

The imbeciles in the ghetto, who have traditionally been an unreliable voter base, registered by the millions because of the encouragement and sometimes illegal bribing from organizations such as ACORN. These voter registration efforts took place in largely black neighborhoods in urban areas and were largely successful because Barry is black. I hate to be the bearer of bad news to these simpletons from apathy central – but Barry has more in common with Georgie Soros than you. You bought a bill of goods that his election would empower you. News flash – nothing in your life is going to change.

How do I know this? I spend a lot of time in a largely black neighborhood in Cincinnati and have seen (post election) with my own eyes a sign that said “Yes We Did”. What exactly is that person expecting from the President-Elect? The moon. But there is no way on God’s green earth that Barry can deliver.

Since he was elected, America now has to tolerate people like Montel Williams appearing on television commercials in order to pimp coins with Barry’s likeness on them. Personally, I find these coins – and Montel Williams for that matter – tacky and repugnant.

Which leads me to consequence #2 – What is going to happen when the poor, apathetic African-American base who voted for Barry solely out of a sense of responsibility for getting the first black elected to the highest office in the land realizes that his election isn’t going to matter to them and they fail to support his re-election bid? Or for that matter, the re-election of those in Congress that Barry is going to rely upon to further his agenda? If they feel ignored the likelihood of their ever voting again is nil.

So I say congratulations Barry – for your sake I hope you are Superman and can make good on all your campaign promises. But wait, how could you when you promised different groups contradicting promises? You can’t.

It is impossible to be everything to everybody. But that is exactly what he was proclaimed to be. ‘The Chosen One’ ‘The Messiah’.

The truth is that Obama’s Presidency is doomed to failure before it begins. He can’t be everything to everybody so he isn’t going to even try. He got you to do his bidding and has 4 years to put forth an agenda which has not surfaced yet. His campaign rhetoric was just that, rhetoric. Empty promises that he never intended on honoring.

Obama has a hidden agenda – what that is, is anybody’s guess at this point. It could be that he doesn’t actually have one because he never believed that he would win. It’s possible, but I doubt it.

His mother and grandparents were avid socialists. He surrounded himself with these same kinds of people during his years as a student and “community organizer”. Why on earth would we now believe that he is anything but what he’s been groomed to be – a socialist. So could Marxism be his secret agenda? Possibly.

What I do know for sure is that he hasn’t a clue as to what the Presidency entails. Just as we don’t know exactly what a “community organizer” does. Since he is now privy to intelligence reports and military briefings, he has backed off his withdrawal plans. I wonder why? Could it be that it is much easier being an armchair quarterback than it is to suit up and take the hits?

I also know that there is a power struggle in the making within the Democrat Party and I doubt that sharing power with the Speaker of the House was in the President-elect’s plan.

In 2006 the American people gave the power of the purse to the Democrats and they squandered it. They had the power and did nothing with it. This inspired the people to further trust the Democrats with even more power – but that power will be for nothing as well.

I predict a widening recession maybe even full-out world wide depression brought upon by Democrat advocated regulations and bureaucracy. Obama’s solution? Roads and bridges. Sorry to inform the President-elect but roads and bridges are built by a core of companies who employ specialized personnel. On top of that, there is an asphalt shortage in this country. Unless the President-elect finds a new way to surface roads and bridges, those projects will do nothing to stimulate the economy.

The economy is just one of many issues that Obama will face in his first year as President. However, he is grossly underqualified to address these issues. He has spent years avoiding taking positions on anything but death. Death of the unborn and unwanted. Why should we believe that he has any clue about how to solve the problems that every-day people face every day? He can’t.

As I quoted below the banner of this page, Ann Coulter said it best when she said, “In the spirit of reaching across the aisle, we owe it to the Democrats to show their president the exact same kind of respect and loyalty that they have shown our recent Republican president.” It is my duty and that of every Conservative blogger to point out the political errors of the majority and be the political opposition in this country. Because if we fail we would surrender total power to liberals. And when that happens, this nation would become the USSA (Union of Socialist States of America).

Obama Blames FoxNews for Drop in His Poll Numbers

I’m convinced that if there were no FOX News, I might be two or three points higher in the polls. If I were watching FOX News, I wouldn’t vote for me, right? Because the way I’m portrayed 24/7 is as a freak! I am the latte-sipping, New York Times-reading, Volvo-driving, no-gun-owning, effete, politically correct, arrogant liberal. Who wants somebody like that? – Barack Obama

If this is true then the question to Barry should be, “If Fox is responsible for a drop in your poll numbers, how much of a gain in the polls do you attribute to MSNoBodyCares, NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, and CNN?” He conveniently forgets the campaigning that has been done on his part by the alphabets and the dead tree media. OH – and for the record… He IS A FREAK!

The Media Research Center’s President L. Brent Bozell, III had this to say about Obama’s whining…

“Okay, Sen. Obama, we will cede you the point that the Fox News Channel, by accurately portraying you and your record, has brought you down 2-3% in the polls. Now it’s time for you to concede that were it not for NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, Time, Newsweek, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the USA Today, the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, etc., etc., etc. Sen. John McCain would be up by 20%.”

Sounds like a fair question to ask in my opinion. After-all, Obama seems to have a need to out spend Sen. McCain on negative campaign ads in battleground states 2 sometimes 3 to 1, enlist the assistance of ACORN to register cartoon characters, out of state football teams, dead people, dogs, cats, felons, and have people register multiple times on top of all the free campaigning that has been done by the alphabets and dead trees to get him the slim margin that he currently enjoys. What if this were an actual fair election? McCain would be blowing this up-start out of the water.

This only proves that it takes political trickery in order for Democrats to win anything. Let us not forget how Barry won his state Senate seat. He used political maneuvering to keep his opponents off the ballot. A change from the same old politics… try a new lie Barry.

Obama – The Democrat Party’s Frankenstein Monster

Why do I call Obama the Democrats’ Frankenstein Monster? Because he has been manufactured and packaged. He’s completely un-natural and totally without substance.

Like Mary Shelley’s creature, Barack Hussein Obama isn’t a product of the natural law. Even in politics. He had a shelf life that he has far exceeded. There is no possible way that a Republican with as much hidden in Obama’s closet would have made it past his Senatorial election let alone be permitted to run for and clinch his Party’s nomination for President of the United States.

Barack Hussein Obama has been sold to the black community as one of them. He has been packaged in the role of urban/inner city community organizer and as such the ghetto dwelling hood rats of this nation automatically assume that he is just like them. But this is nothing more than a figment of their manufactured imaginations.

Obama was raised (during his teenie bopper years anyway) in Hawaii not inner city Chicago. After living as an Indonesian in his early life, young Barry was sent by his mother back to Hawaii to live with her parents. How many inner city dwellers are there in Hawaii? I mean it is a bit difficult to live the victimized suppressed son of a slave urban life in paradise.

After high school, Mr. Obama attended Occidental College in Los Angeles for 2 years. Occidental is a private institution that isn’t exactly a publicly funded low tuition community college. It is somewhat elite.

From Occidental he transferred to Columbia University in New York. Anyone with any kind of education can recognize that Columbia isn’t a state school either. One of the Ivy League’s most liberal schools, Columbia offered young Barry Obama a chance to expand his liberal thinking. His major? Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations. But yet he had to name Joe Biden as his VP pick to bolster his foreign policy credentials. Go figure.

After earning his BA in Poly Sci, Obama work for a brief time for a company which specialized in helping companies that operate abroad called Business International Corporation. That’s right, he assisted American companies that had operations offshore. After a year he left BIC and began working with a public interest research group in New York. Although it claims to be non-partisan, some of their efforts had some connections with Ralph Nader. No one on this planet could ever accuse Ralph Nader with being Conservative or remotely Republican. Nader is a far left activist who has been battling big business since the 1960s. In other words, more liberal indoctrination for Barry.

It was after his work in New York championing Ralph Nader style public interest causes that Barry decided to go to Chicago and work with the poor. This must have been culture shock to Barry since his life up to this point was one of relative privilege. He worked in community organizing for 3 unproductive years. Every project that he worked on was still unresolved when he left in 1988, traveled to Europe for 3 weeks and then, and only then, decided to visit his father’s homeland of Kenya and meet his relatives, which includes a brood of half siblings. After a whole 5 weeks in his father’s native land, he returned to the US and entered Harvard Law School. Again, not exactly a publicly funded institution.

Up to the point where he entered Harvard Law, Barry encountered true poverty for such a brief period that I doubt that he truly understands what it is. He spent 3 years in inner city Chicago followed by 5 weeks in Kenya. I’m sorry, but 161 weeks in the company of the poor does not an expert make.

The Democrat Party and the Obama campaign love to play up his roots as a community organizer. But for some reason they aren’t as ambitious to trumpet his credentials as a trial lawyer. That’s because his record in court is so brief that it barely deserves mention. But he did spend some time in a court room. A whole 6 appearances where he did nothing more than introduce himself as a member of his clients legal team. He asked no questions, examined no one, cross-examined no one. In other words, he converted oxygen to carbon dioxide.

The Obama camp likes to tout Barry as a “Constitutional Law Professor” at the University of Chicago. But in reality he was a “Lecturer” and was eventually promoted to “Senior Lecturer”. He wouldn’t be the first liberal member of a college faculty to embellish his credentials. After-all Ward Churchill had the University of Colorado convinced that he is a Native-American when in fact, he used to have an “honorary” tribal membership which has since been revoked.

Obama did work on a voter registration project called Project Vote from April to October of 1992. I wonder if that is the reason why he funded ACORN’s voter fraud projects in Ohio and 10 other states (that we know of – the list is beginning to grow). Speaking of ACORN, Obama served on ACORN’s legal staff. Oh that does nothing to distance himself from the organization of community organizers which during the past couple of Presidential elections has been engaged in fraudulent voter registration drives diluting the voter pools of several states.

Barry served on several boards including Public Allies (founding board member) in 1992. The Woods Fund of Chicago which previously funded the Developing Communities Project (the Community Organization that Barry worked with before his trips to Europe and Kenya). He was also on the board of the Joyce Foundation which is an organization which supports education initiatives in the Great Lakes Region. In other words, they help bad teachers keep their jobs and pollute the minds of children by concentrating on what they term as “teacher quality” aka indoctrination techniques. And of course he then served on the Chicago Annenberg Challenge with unrepentant domestic terrorist William Ayers. Rumor has it that Ayers recommended Barry for his position on the board – how quaint.

But what is the Chicago Annenberg Challenge? It was a slush fund with the goal of improving Chicago’s failing schools. The results were that they did nothing to improve the education quality of Chicago’s schools. In some areas, the schools performed worse after CAC became involved with them.

Then it was time for Barry to enter the political arena.

In 1994 State Senator Alice Palmer was resigning her position to run for the incomplete term of Mel Reynolds in the US House. She practically anointed Barry as her successor in the State Senate. She attended, and according the Obama campaign organized, Barry’s political coming out party at the home of none other than William Ayers – the unrepentant domestic terrorist. But when Palmer lost her bid to take Reynolds’ House seat to Jesse Jackson, Jr., she petitioned to retain her seat in the State Senate and lost to Barry O because Barry was successful in preventing Palmer from getting her name on the ballot because of a technical error on her application to run for office. Barry did the same with his Republican opponents and walked his way into the Illinois State Senate.

While in the Illinois State Senate, Barry had a relatively uneventful career. He voted “Present” 130 times which had the effect of shielding him from criticism on votes once he decided to run for higher office. In 2002 he lost his bid for a US House seat but finished his term in the Illinois State Senate. In 2004 he ran for and was elected to his first term as a United States Senator. Just 2 years and 1 month into his first term as a United States Senator, he decided that he had enough experience to become the President of the United States. On February 10, 2007 he stood on the steps of the Old State Capital building in Springfield, IL and announced his candidacy beginning the race for the Democrat Nomination for President of the United States for the 2008 Presidential election earlier than ever in the history of US politics.

There is nothing… absolutely nothing in his background that the common every day black American can relate to with Barry O, but yet they flock to his support like ants to spilled sugar. Why? Stupidity.

By in large, they are products of the failed education system that Barry O and Billy the Bomber Ayers began conditioning with the CAC. They haven’t a clue that Barry has zero (that’s 0 for all of you in Chicagoland) slave blood in his veins. When he tries to relate to the American black he is disingenuous. His skin color is the only thing that he has in common with them but they still flock. So the only plausible explanation is ignorance. They listen to Opera, and Jesse, and John Lewis and others they see from the prominent Democrat “civil rights’ left and the brainwashing is complete.

Fact is America, that the Democrat hold on the black vote makes no sense at all in a historical context. It was the Republican Party which was founded upon the principle of ending slavery and maintaining the Union. It was President Abraham Lincoln who authored the Emancipation Proclamation. It was Democrat Governors and Legislatures in the south that brought about Jim Crow laws. The KKK is and always has been the militant arm of the Democrat Party. But yet it is imbeciles like Whoopie “if only I had a brain” Goldberg who perpetuate the falsehood that Republicans would bring back slavery.

Ignorance is taught in this country. It is taught through omission of the truth and revisionist history. Barry O was on 2 boards which influenced public education in the Midwest. He is partially responsible for the stupidity allowed to continue within the communities that he takes pride as being an organizer for.

All of this has been cleverly packaged – all the embarrassing aspects of Barry’s life has been hidden from view by the Democrat Party and their allies in the Main Stream Media who won’t allow the truth to be told. With less than 3 weeks until the election and the liberal alphabet networks continue to whitewash Barry’s history. Our future depends upon this election.

Abortion is a bigger concern than you may think. For the first time since 1972 the opportunity exists for Roe v Wade to be reversed and the issue returned to the states where it belongs. Barry and his lib friends would have you believe that a President McCain would ban abortion. Not true. A President McCain would appoint federal judges and Supreme Court Associate Justices that would invalidate the Roe decision and send the matter back to the states which have the right, if they so choose, to regulate all medical procedures. Obama wants to repeal the partial birth abortion law. He is on record as opposing the provisions of the current ban from when he was in the Illinois State Senate. A bill identical to the current federal ban (before it was passed obviously) was debated on the floor of the Illinois State Senate. Barry opposed the legislation. He is in favor of allowing children who survive an abortion to die without medical treatment. In other words, a child would be born alive and Barry would allow it to die.

One other abortion fact before I close…

Abortion kills more African-American babies than any other ethnic group in this country. Why would anyone in that community continue to support the genocidal extermination of their own race. Planned Parenthood founder Ms. Margaret Sanger believed in controlling the black population through – you guessed it – abortion and birth control.
